How to Enjoy

15 - 20 Sprays twice a day

Spray and rub onto clean skin of the torso, chest, feet, legs, or arms. Avoid sensitive areas. Avoid contact with clothing, or other lotions until absorbed.

A slight itching or tingling feeling is most likely an indicator that your body has a magnesium deficiency. The sensation will pass with continuous use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 

Avoid getting it in your eyes. Rinse with plenty of water if this occurs.
